Dr. Melissa Pascucci grew up in northern NJ where she received her bachelor’s degree in Biology and worked as a veterinary technician. She earned her veterinary degree at the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. She has a special interest in surgery and worked in the operating room throughout vet school. She has gotten to perform surgeries in Goa, India and on the Native American reservations in Minnesota. She also enjoys working with shelter animals and has experience in shelter medicine through a variety of opportunities. She is Fear Free certified and enjoys making her patients feel safe and comfortable. Veterinary medicine is a lifelong passion of hers and she feels honored to be a part of it. She has a cat, named Jacen, in addition to her family’s 2 cats. Jacen has been by her side throughout veterinary school and has become a frequent flyer between NJ and MN. Outside of veterinary medicine, her interests include music, theater, yoga and dance.
